Webinar slides titled 'West Erregulla Unlocked'. The visible text is only the disclaimer; the substantive content is truncated, so nothing new can be confirmed. It presumably covers the 31 Aug Hancock Belisama processing deal (inference).
Strike chose Hancock Energy's proposed Belisama plant to process its West Erregulla gas, at a fixed capacity charge, with a term sheet for a loan of up to $30m (needs Macquarie consent). Upstream FID is now FY28 with first gas mid-CY29. South Erregulla approval to generate is now targeted for late Q4 CY26.
RISC Advisory reports Walyering 2P reserves up to 16.4 PJ from 13.6 PJ a year earlier, after 5.7 PJ of FY26 production, with maiden Walyering West C1 reserves. 1P fell to 6.1 PJ from 11.2 PJ. A tie-in FID is expected in Q4 CY2026; 16.3 PJ is contracted.
South Erregulla upstream gas facilities and power station are commissioned and in preservation pending AEMO compliance testing. Western Power downstream commissioning has slipped to 21 July. 716,279,985 Carnarvon shares leave voluntary escrow on 25 July 2026, with no new shares issued.

All 20 generating units at South Erregulla were commissioned on gas; network commissioning by Western Power is due to begin 8 July. CFO Tim Cooper will step down by 29 September 2026 and leaves the company secretary role immediately; a CFO search has begun.
Walyering West-1 flow test: the C1 sand flowed a stable 11 MMscf/d with low CO2 (~1-2%) and condensate of ~15 bbl/MMscf. A Sub1 flowed 2.8 MMscf/d from a limited reservoir; D1 did not flow and D2-4 produced water. It could be developed through existing infrastructure, pending analysis.
South Erregulla 85 MW power station reached mechanical completion and South Erregulla gas was introduced to the plant; live commissioning has started. The 1.5 km grid tie-in is under construction and the 1 October 2026 online target is unchanged but depends on Western Power.
Flow testing at Walyering West-1 began and the C1 sand has flowed hydrocarbons to surface; testing is due to finish by 30 June. Walyering field production was shut temporarily for compression installation, with restart expected 10 June.

CEO Peter Stokes resigned immediately after about 11 months; Shelley Robertson (ex-Fortescue COO, ex-MinRes, ex-Norwest Energy CEO) becomes CEO/MD on 1 June 2026. Following the board review, Chair John Poynton and director Mary Hackett retire 30 June; Nev Power becomes Chair 1 July.
Walyering West-1 reached 3,650m and discovered a new conventional gas accumulation, with net pay in the A Sub 1 (4.3m), C1 (11.3m) and D1-D4 (11.9m) sands. Wireline fluid sampling failed, so flow testing is next. This resolves the 26%-chance exploration well in Strike's favour.
Walyering West-1 has cased the 9-5/8" section at 2,596m and is drilling ahead at 2,670m in the Cattamarra Coal Measures. Target depth is about 3,639m; preliminary results are expected early May. No new result yet.
Walyering West-1 spudded 15 April 2026 with the Ensign 970 rig, drilling at 1,006m toward a planned 3,639m. It tests a 46 PJ prospective resource with a 26% chance of discovery; early May results expected. This delivers the mid-April spud target.
Michaela Stanton-Cook appointed Joint Company Secretary alongside CFO Tim Cooper, and becomes an ASX communications contact. Administrative appointment.
Delayed certification delivered: West Erregulla 2P reserves rise 19% to 251 PJ net to Strike (from 211 PJ in 2022), audited by Miller & Lents. Some Erregulla Deep prospective resource converts to contingent; High Cliff contingent resources revised down.
Final 2028/29 benchmark capacity price set at $488,500/MW, up 35% from $360,700 (draft was $491,700). South Erregulla is 82% complete, the power line is finished, dry commissioning has begun, and completion is still targeted for 1 October 2026.
S&P Dow Jones index rebalance: Strike (STX) is removed from the S&P/ASX 300 effective 23 March 2026. Third-party index change, not a company event; it may affect index-fund holding of the shares (inference).
Half-year to December 2025: Walyering sales revenue $36.0m at $7.37/GJ, with total liquidity $129.5m including $69.5m cash. South Erregulla is 72% complete. Walyering West-1 spud expected by mid-April 2026. Profit figures are not readable.
Half-year to December 2025: sales revenue $36m (1H25: $35.8m), underlying EBITDA $14m, loss $12.3m, $3.2m better than a year earlier. Cash $69.5m. South Erregulla 77% complete, Walyering West-1 spud expected April. CEO acknowledges disappointing share price performance.
All approvals are received for Walyering West-1 and well pad construction has begun, with spud expected by mid-April 2026. It tests a 46 PJ (2U) prospect with a 26% chance of discovery. About 19.6 PJ of contracted gas remains.
Regulator's draft 2028/29 benchmark capacity price is $491,700/MW, up 36% from $360,700. Final determination is due March 2026, and it is a benchmark, not a guaranteed price. South Erregulla expects its full 85 MW of capacity and remains on track for 1 October 2026.
The West Erregulla and Erregulla Deep reserves and resources certification, promised for December, is delayed to Q1 2026. Strike says the delay is not an adverse technical outcome. This pushes back a step towards the 2H 2026 FID target.
AGM chair address and CEO presentation. Directors' fees cut 20% from today, and an external board review is planned this financial year. West Erregulla resource update is due in December; FID target remains 2H CY2026. Largely repeats known facts.
FY25 ESG report covering safety, emissions, community and governance, with zero fatalities and $130m spent in Western Australia. Strike will be a mandatory climate reporter from FY26. Sustainability reporting only; no new business information.
Triangle Energy (TEG) has sued Strike's subsidiary Talon (L7) in the WA Supreme Court over its withdrawal from the L7 joint operating agreement and farmout obligations, claiming $3,838,780 damages. Strike will defend. This turns the open L7/EP437 exit costs thread into a dispute.
Notice of a webinar on the September quarter report, due 29 October 2025, hosted by CEO Peter Stokes and CFO Tim Cooper. Administrative; no business substance.
South Erregulla: first 12 of 20 engines have arrived and the South Erregulla-1 workover is complete, with first generation still targeted by 1 October 2026. Capacity credit revenue expected at about $18.4m in year one and $30.7m in year two, before energy sales.
