Ground work at the Powers Prospect (EL34157) defined a potential paleochannel target about 9km long and up to 400m wide, with handheld readings of 20-28ppm eU, 3-4 times background. Extends the early August findings; indicators only, not drilling or lab results. Drill permitting has begun.
First ground fieldwork at EL34157 identified two new prospects, Wildcard South and Powers North, and verified the historical Spectre prospect, plus a 20m-wide breccia zone. Based on handheld readings only; lab assays expected late September/early October.
The airborne survey over EL34157 identified 13 uranium anomalies, four along the Hayes Creek Fault Zone, plus a possible 4km palaeochannel. They refine earlier satellite targets; ground mapping and sampling starts this week. Indicators, not drill results.
Alpha TP7 Milestone 3 bulk sample production is complete, with Monash's contract work finished and samples at Technix in NZ. Best runs reached ~35wt% toluene-soluble yield. Resolves the bulk sample phase; C-170 certification is still the aim.
All assays from the six Oasis trenches (~775m, 449 samples) are in, supporting a northern extension of the Oasis Shear and two further possible structures. New step-out drill targets are defined for the upcoming field season, with fieldwork expected from April; this follows the earlier trench work.
Alpha TP7 bulk sample production is on schedule, with six of nine runs complete, running to early March 2026. Recent runs show ~99wt% torbanite conversion and ~32wt% toluene-soluble yield. First samples have gone to Technix in New Zealand; a possible extension is under discussion.
Final Oasis assays include 8.5m @ 566ppm U3O8 in 25GRV008 and 4.5m @ 801ppm in 25GRV010, confirming the model and hinting at structures west of the deposit. First uranium field season ends; regional targets next in Q1 2026, with a maiden resource estimate the goal.
The first two Alpha Test Program 7 milestones are done, scaling the earlier TP6 process 40-fold (100ml to 4 litres). Bulk sample production began in December; completion is now late February 2026 after delays, extended at no extra cost. The aim is a product certified to C-170 asphalt specification.
Greenvale signed a farm-in with Sunrise Energy Metals' subsidiary SRL Hot Rocks: it must sole-fund $5M ($2M over 3 years, then $3M over 2 years) to earn a majority of the Millungera geothermal project, then a JV split 80/20. Three geothermal permits are now granted.
Assays for Oasis holes 3-6 confirm continuity, e.g. 3.75m @ 1,001ppm U3O8 in 25GRV004 and 5.5m @ 722ppm in 25GRV003. Six trenches show signs of a second northeast-trending structure on field readings. Remaining assays due end of November.
Gamma logging of the last six Oasis holes found high grade in five, e.g. 1.5m @ 1,426ppm eU3O8 in 25GRV010. Holes 11 and 12 suggest a second north-south structure west of the main shear. Gamma values are preliminary; core assays due Q4 2025.
Assays for Oasis hole 25GRV002 returned 8m @ 2,125ppm U3O8, including 5m @ 3,263ppm, matching earlier gamma logs. The 12-hole, 1,804m program finished 8 September; remaining assays pending, with a geological model and trenching planned.
First Oasis results: hole 25GRV01 assayed 9m @ 758ppm U3O8, and spectral gamma logs show high grades in three more holes. Hole 25GRV03 hit mineralisation about 50m deeper than any historical drilling, still open at depth. Nine holes' assays pending; gamma values are preliminary.
Maiden Oasis drilling is nearly two-thirds done: seven holes, about 1,000m, with five more planned and completion expected early-to-mid September. Logging is under way and first assays are due in 1-2 weeks. Company says strike and depth extensions were tested; no results yet.
Greenvale began its maiden Oasis drilling on 27 July 2025, planning about 2,000-3,000 metres of RC and diamond core over 5-6 weeks. It tests the deposit at depth and along strike, the first drilling there in over 15 years. Resolves the long-targeted start.
Preparations are underway for the maiden Oasis drill program: collars pegged, permits progressing, and drilling planned within four weeks subject to approvals. Reconnaissance rock chip assays are pending. Historic intercepts reached 0.72% U3O8.
Alpha Test Program 6 gave the highest conversion yet, 38.9 wt% with zinc catalyst, and lower viscosity; THF solvent gave 36.2%. The company says it is close to premium C170 requirements. Progresses October's Test Program 5; Test Program 7 at Monash awaits apparatus modifications.
Airborne radiometric surveys totalling 14,511 line-km over Henbury, Tobermorey and Douglas River East confirmed the uranium anomalies seen in older government surveys. Maiden drilling is targeted for April 2025, after the wet season; Douglas West survey delayed.
Lab-scale Test Program 5 gave bitumen yields above 30 wt% and improved viscosity; with further tuning, C170-range viscosity could be achievable. This partly answers June's Technix setback. Penetration tests could not be done on small samples; bulk testing may follow.
With Ministerial consent received 29 April 2024, Greenvale completed its 75% farm-in to EP145 (Amadeus Basin) from Mosman, resolving the thread open since October. It will pay Mosman $160,000 and lead the Year 3 work program, due August 2024.
EP145 farm-in completion date extended again, from 31 March to 30 April 2024, as Ministerial consent is still pending. Transfer fee paid; approval expected within weeks. Wild Horse 2D seismic aimed for completion by August 2024, with drilling in 2025.
The EP 145 farm-in deadline for Ministerial consent was extended from 31 January to 31 March 2024. Greenvale will reimburse approved government and development costs, and says stamp duty is paid. The deal is still not complete, with approval timing outside Greenvale's control.
Astute, which owns 80% of Georgina (Greenvale 20% plus 2% royalty), identified a 1km-long high-density IOCG target from gravity modelling, about 300m above earlier mineralised ironstone. Drill testing is planned for H2 2024. This is modelling only, not a drill result.
SRK's updated Alpha Inferred resource is 28Mt, up 51% from 18.6Mt, with 27.7M barrels of synthetic oil equivalent, up 30%. It includes 4.3Mt of torbanite, a modest decline. It remains Inferred, with upgrade to Indicated dependent on Test Program Four.
Greenvale agreed to earn 75% of EP 145 (Amadeus Basin, NT) from Mosman Oil and Gas for $160,000 cash, funding 100% of seismic and well work. Mosman's best-estimate prospective resource is 440 Bcf total gas, including 26.4 Bcf helium and 26.4 Bcf hydrogen. Needs Ministerial consent.
Phase 2 Alpha drilling finished: 20 HQ core holes, 1,053.5m. Initial results match expectations. SRK's updated resource is due early November. The 15-hole chip program was pushed to next year. Test Program Four is under way, with Licella's first run complete.
Greenvale began a 2,000m resource upgrade drilling program at Alpha on 28 June: 25 core holes and 15 chip holes, about 55 days. It aims to lift part of the 18.6Mt Inferred resource to Indicated and test extensions south and west.
Astro finished the co-funded Ranken geophysical surveys and started a 548-station gravity survey over the Central Georgina area, due within a week. Results will guide the first Ranken drill hole and future targets. Greenvale holds 20%; no drilling or assay results.
Alpha Test Program Three, run by the University of Jordan, reached maximum conversion of 67.3wt% for cannel coal, 65.9wt% for torbanite and 66.3wt% for a blend. Cannel coal improved 72% on Program Two. Program Four starts imminently and leads to the PFS.
Assays from Astro's Leichhardt East hole at Georgina (Greenvale 20%) show uranium of 0.24% U3O8 at 689.09-689.41m and 0.11% U3O8 at 481.1-481.85m, plus copper, silver and bismuth anomalism. This resolves the pending assays; copper grades are low (e.g. 819ppm). Follow-up is planned.
