Amended re-release of the 1 Sept Powers paleochannel announcement, adding the specific RS-125 and p-XRF results and a caution on p-XRF reliability to meet Listing Rule 5.6 and JORC Clause 19. No change to the 9km target description.
Ground work at the Powers Prospect (EL34157) defined a potential paleochannel target about 9km long and up to 400m wide, with handheld readings of 20-28ppm eU, 3-4 times background. Extends the early August findings; indicators only, not drilling or lab results. Drill permitting has begun.

Greenvale and Patronus agreed to amend the timetable for the remaining Pine Creek conditions. Legal due diligence is complete; shareholder approval is the only remaining Greenvale-only condition, with a meeting on 24 Aug 2026. Third-party approvals and the formal rights agreement remain ongoing.
First ground fieldwork at EL34157 identified two new prospects, Wildcard South and Powers North, and verified the historical Spectre prospect, plus a 20m-wide breccia zone. Based on handheld readings only; lab assays expected late September/early October.
June 2026 quarter report recaps the Pine Creek term sheet, the airborne survey, the NT geophysics grant and Alpha testing with viscosity still to improve. Largely repeats known announcements; the acquisition remains subject to conditions.
28 July 2026capital raising announcement● NeutralMajor
Firm commitments to raise ~$3.25M via placement of 98.5M shares at $0.033, a 13.2% discount to last price, with a free 1:2 option at $0.07 (subject to shareholder approval). Directors to add $100k. Funds mainly go to Thunderball uranium exploration.
What it means for a shareholder
98.5m new shares at A$0.033 to raise about A$3.3m. That's 14% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 14% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (30,303 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00515% to 0.00441% of the company. To keep it you'd need 5,074 more shares - about A$167 at the issue price.
The airborne survey over EL34157 identified 13 uranium anomalies, four along the Hayes Creek Fault Zone, plus a possible 4km palaeochannel. They refine earlier satellite targets; ground mapping and sampling starts this week. Indicators, not drill results.
A 4,312 line-km airborne magnetic and radiometric survey over Douglas River's EL34157 is complete, with results pending. Greenvale also won an NT Government co-funded grant for a later airborne electromagnetic survey there. Field teams are being mobilised.
Presentation on the Pine Creek acquisition, repeating the 2,466km2 district and drill-ready targets. It stresses the Thunderball resource is a historical 2011 estimate, not JORC 2012, and unverified by Greenvale; past sampling quality control was poor. No new results.

Patronus's side of the Pine Creek deal: it will receive 144,736,842 Greenvale shares at $0.038 (~$5.5M, 19.6%) for the uranium rights, plus a board nominee and pro-rata participation rights for 24 months. Completion depends on approvals and conditions.
Technix finished its first assessment of Alpha product from Monash samples: light ends were distilled off, flash point passed the C-170 bitumen spec and penetration is in range, but viscosity needs improvement. Next is Technix's multistage process. Continues Alpha's C-170 certification aim.
Carla Healy replaces Peter Harding-Smith as Company Secretary and CFO, effective immediately. The registered office moves to West Perth. Administrative change.
March 2026 quarter report recaps Oasis trenching and step-out targets, completed Alpha bulk sample runs, the Douglas River licence grant and Cheeseman's appointment as Managing Director. Severe weather limited field access; fieldwork is expected to resume in the June quarter. Largely repeats known results.
RRS Gather Round presentation shows 592M shares, a $0.038 share price (31 March), ~$22M market cap and ~$2.8M cash at 31 December 2025. Restates known uranium, Alpha and geothermal projects; no new results.
Alpha TP7 Milestone 3 bulk sample production is complete, with Monash's contract work finished and samples at Technix in NZ. Best runs reached ~35wt% toluene-soluble yield. Resolves the bulk sample phase; C-170 certification is still the aim.
26 Mar 2026director officer appointment● NeutralMajor
CEO Alex Cheeseman, in the role since May 2025, becomes Managing Director with terms unchanged. Non-executive director John Barr resigned immediately; the board stays at three.
All assays from the six Oasis trenches (~775m, 449 samples) are in, supporting a northern extension of the Oasis Shear and two further possible structures. New step-out drill targets are defined for the upcoming field season, with fieldwork expected from April; this follows the earlier trench work.
Half-year to 31 Dec 2025: loss of $818,408 (prior period $344,121 loss), net assets $11.06M. Confirms 21,556,122 options issued after the 19 Jan 2026 meeting, and 4.5M performance rights converted to shares on 24 Feb 2026.
Re-release of the 23 February Alpha TP7 Milestone 3 update, adding the JORC table and competent person statement the original lacked. Repeats six of nine runs complete, ~99wt% conversion and ~32wt% toluene-soluble yield. No new results.

Alpha TP7 bulk sample production is on schedule, with six of nine runs complete, running to early March 2026. Recent runs show ~99wt% torbanite conversion and ~32wt% toluene-soluble yield. First samples have gone to Technix in New Zealand; a possible extension is under discussion.
Satellite (Sentinel-2) data over the Oasis area shows helium, radon and chlorite anomalies matching earlier magnetic and radiometric targets, giving nine priority and seven additional regional areas. Permitting notices are lodged for the next field stage. These are indicators, not drill results.
