24 Mar 2025capital raising announcement● NeutralMajor
Greenvale raised A$1.8M in a placement at $0.048 per share (about 37.5M shares), an 18.6% discount to last close. Funds go to Oasis drilling targeted for April 2025, NT uranium work, Alpha Test Programs 6 and 7, and working capital. It is the first raising since the withdrawn June 2024 SPP.
What it means for a shareholder
37.5m new shares at about A$0.048 to raise about A$1.8m. That's 7.2% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 7.2% smaller.
