Oasis trenching finished: six trenches, about 775m, with hand-held readings above 2,000cps supporting a possible second mineralised structure. Samples are submitted for assay and all sites are rehabilitated. Regional targets around Oasis are the focus from the new year.
Prospectus for the share purchase plan: eligible holders can apply for up to $30,000 of shares at $0.044, with a free option exercisable at $0.07, to raise up to $500,000. Closes 27 November. Also offers the placement options. Formal documentation of the 6 November raising.
Noosa conference presentation on the uranium-focused portfolio. Shows 568.7M shares, a $0.044 share price, ~$25M market cap, about $2M cash at the September quarter-end and nil debt, with the SPP open 13-27 November. No new results.
Assays for Oasis holes 3-6 confirm continuity, e.g. 3.75m @ 1,001ppm U3O8 in 25GRV004 and 5.5m @ 722ppm in 25GRV003. Six trenches show signs of a second northeast-trending structure on field readings. Remaining assays due end of November.
Dial-in details for the Annual General Meeting at 2pm AEST on 10 November in Brisbane. The notice's text shows the year as 2024, which looks like a typo (inference). Administrative only.

Greenvale raised ~$1.05M via a placement of 23.66M shares at $0.044, a 17.7% discount to the 15-day VWAP, with free 1-for-2 options at $0.07. A $500k share purchase plan on the same terms follows. Funds go to uranium exploration and growth opportunities.
What it means for a shareholder
23.7m new shares at A$0.044 to raise about A$1.1m. That's 4.2% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 4.2% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (22,727 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00417% to 0.004% of the company. To keep it you'd need 986 more shares - about A$43 at the issue price.
Trading in Greenvale shares was suspended at the company's request on 5 November, extending a 3 November trading halt. The company said it needs another day to complete a capital raise. Resolved by the 6 November raising announcement.
September quarter report recaps the completed 12-hole, 1,804m Oasis program and earlier high-grade results, plus the Douglas River expansion to ~1,216km². Remaining Oasis assays and gamma logs expected in the December quarter. Alpha Test Program 7 continues. Largely repeats known results.
Gamma logging of the last six Oasis holes found high grade in five, e.g. 1.5m @ 1,426ppm eU3O8 in 25GRV010. Holes 11 and 12 suggest a second north-south structure west of the main shear. Gamma values are preliminary; core assays due Q4 2025.
A 42 line-km ground magnetic survey over the Oasis deposit shows multiple cross-cutting faults, and satellite data shows gas anomalies matching them. Trenching to start in weeks; remaining drill assays due in batches. Builds on the September drilling but is not a new drill result.
A prospectivity study around Oasis flags nine airborne radiometric anomalies; 16 of 33 rock chips were anomalous, up to 187ppm U. A ground magnetic survey has begun. Early-stage targets beyond the deposit, not yet drilled.
Appendix 4G and corporate governance statement lodged with the annual report for the year to 30 June 2025. Governance disclosures are located on the company website. Administrative filing only, with no new operational or financial information.
