Re-completion of the Demier 2-G well began on 10 November, with initial results expected the following week. Country Club 2A is next, and the four-well program is still due by end November.
The Demier 3-G re-completion, the first of the four-well program, was fracked and is returning treatment water with a gas show and about 100 psi casing pressure. Gas rates are expected to rise as water is pumped off.
September quarter: the two new CBM wells are tied in to the Scissortail sales line. Quarter sales were about A$150,000, and project proceeds to date about A$450,000. Revenue from the new wells is expected in the March quarter; six more wells are planned for 2006.
