The helium offtake with the unnamed US buyer, due to expire 31 August 2026, is extended to 31 March 2027 at a fixed price, still covering all Pinon Canyon output. This resolves the near-term expiry catalyst; long-term offtake talks continue.

Firm commitments for an oversubscribed A$10.0m institutional placement of 1,666,666,667 shares at A$0.006. Tranche 1 (A$6.0m, 997.7m shares) uses the rights shortfall and existing capacity; Tranche 2 (A$4.0m) needs approval at the May AGM. Funds go to Galactica, Pegasus and working capital.
What it means for a shareholder
1.67bn new shares at A$0.006 to raise about A$10.0m. That's 28% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 28% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (166,667 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00382% to 0.00277% of the company. To keep it you'd need 63,701 more shares - about A$382 at the issue price.
Administrative notice that 32,143,000 shares were issued on 30 March 2026. No purpose stated (possibly option exercises; inference). No new information.
Stage 1 complete, with six wells tied in (Jackson 2, 4, 29, 31, State 9 and 16) and the plant moving to 24/7 operation. The first trailer will sell at spot price; long-term contract talks continue. CO2 liquefaction is on track for H1 2026 (the text also says Q2 2026).
Cleansing notice for 5,000,000 shares issued on 24 March 2026. The purpose is not stated (possibly part of the shortfall or another issue; inference). No new information.
Integrated operations have started, with the amine unit removing CO2 and the plant filling a tube trailer for spot-market sale. State 9, State 16, Jackson 31 and Jackson 29 are on production; Jackson 4 is temporarily offline. CO2 liquefaction is still targeted for H1 2026.
Plant was shut in after December's first helium to integrate the amine unit, with integrated operations due the following week. State 9 and State 16 are ready for tie-in; spot helium sales are arranged and long-term talks progress.
December 2025 quarter: first helium achieved at Galactica on 22 December, placement of A$2.72m and rights issue of A$1.06m completed. First sales are targeted for early 2026 and CO2 for H1 2026. Mostly known events.
Rights issue closed with applications for 212.7m shares, raising about A$1.06m, roughly 20% take-up. The A$4.4m shortfall (879m shares) may be placed until 23 April 2026 at no less than A$0.005. Total raised so far is far below the A$8.2m headline.
After December's first helium, technical teams are optimising the plant and the first tube trailer has arrived on site. A filled 170 Mscf trailer is put at US$59,500-102,000 gross; no sales yet reported.
