ADX issued a prospectus for the free A$0.03 options (expiring 31 Dec 2027) tied to the July A$3.58m placement: about 171.98m to placement investors, 7.25m to directors, 40.05m to brokers and 30m to advisers. Issue is planned for 9 September 2026.
ADX lodged a third Sicily Channel permit application, d 370 C.R-AU (517 km²), after two others on 19 August. Together with CR 150.AU the area is about 1,650 km². Same three-month competing-application window; none granted yet.
HOCH-1 Zones 3, 4 and 5 all flowed water-free gas, and commingled with Zone 2 produced 3.15 MMCFPD (548 BOEPD) over 12 hours. The well is shut in for pressure build-up to determine reserves; deeper Phase 2 testing needs a workover rig.
ADX applied for two new Sicily Channel permits, d 368 C.R-AU (573.3 km²) and d 369 C.R-AU (213.7 km²), next to its 100% CR 150.AU permit. A three-month competing-application window applies; nothing is granted yet.
Pressure build-up on HOCH-1 Zone 1 indicates 3.5 MMCFPD (580 BOEPD) potential and sand extending at least 600 m. Further zone testing slipped to the week of 24 August because an explosives licence for perforation was delayed.
Appendix 5B for the June quarter: operating outflow A$1.23m, investing outflow A$1.22m, and cash falling from A$4.88m to A$2.20m. Loan notes of A$750k remain drawn; the A$3.58m July placement is not yet included.
June quarter production averaged 197 BOEPD (March: 200), with receipts of A$3.6m and unrestricted cash down to A$2.2m before the July placement. HOCH-1 multi-zone testing, a GOLD-1 farmout and GOLD-1 drilling in early Q4 are next; the company anticipates a farm-in in the coming quarter.

ADX raised A$3.58m through a placement of 179.2m shares at A$0.02, a 16.7% discount to the last price, with one free A$0.03 option per share expiring Dec 2027. Funds go to HOCH-1 testing, more shallow gas drilling, Austrian production and Sicily. Follows the March placement at A$0.027.
What it means for a shareholder
179m new shares at A$0.020 to raise about A$3.6m. That's 17% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 17% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (50,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00557% to 0.00464% of the company. To keep it you'd need 9,977 more shares - about A$200 at the issue price.

Perforating existing wells GA-10A and GA-93 added about 75 BOEPD, lifting Vienna Basin output from about 150 to 220 BOEPD. ADX's net Austrian production rises about 35% to roughly 285 BOEPD, up from 200 in the March quarter. Infill and appraisal drilling is planned for 2027.
Independent consultant RISC reviewed ADX's Sicily Channel gas play and found the Terravecchia biogenic gas play valid and ADX's resource methods reasonable. The 619 BCF mean prospective estimate for the 100%-owned permit is unchanged; RISC suggested the high case could be higher.
Corporate presentation dated 30 June on ADX's near-term multi-well work program. The readable text is only the title and disclaimers; no new figures or results are visible.
HOCH-1 Zone 1 flowed a stable, water-free 2.7 million cubic feet a day (450 boepd) over 11 hours. The well is shut in for about two weeks of pressure build-up to estimate reserves; a tie-in decision awaits multi-zone testing.
HOCH-1's first perforated zone (1,465 m, basin floor fan) cleaned up at an average 2.8 million cubic feet a day (467 boepd) on a small choke, water free. The first flow result for the well; reserves depend on a pressure build-up test.
Surface test equipment reached the HOCH-1 site. Testing is planned in two phases, upper Hall first (up to three zones plus one contingent), with perforation expected the following week. ADX cites up to eight gas reservoirs; no flow results yet.
ADX's registered office and principal place of business moved to Level 1, 168 Stirling Highway, Nedlands WA. Phone and email are unchanged. Administrative notice with no operational or financial substance.

HOCH-1 was cased and completed with a 2 3/8 inch completion and the rig released around 15 May. Production testing is expected from mid-June once surface equipment arrives. This is the final drilling update; no test results yet.
Logs show the main 1,354-1,368 m Hall target is thin sand layers unlikely to be viable, the pre-drill key risk. But seven deeper Base Hall gas zones (1,465-1,617 m, 4-6 m net) look productive. Well deepened to 1,685 m for completion and testing.
HOCH-1 was deepened to 1,619 metres after six further thin gas sands of about 1 to 2 metres were seen below the main Hall target, based on cuttings and mud gas only. Wireline logging slipped to 8 May; thickness and quality remain unconfirmed.
HOCH-1 hit gas-filled Hall formation sands at about 1,350 metres, matching the pre-drill 3D seismic. ADX will drill to at least 1,550 metres and log before casing. A first positive sign after the earlier mud-loss delays; flow rates are untested.
HOCH-1 was drilling at 950 metres on 3 May after setting 7 inch casing at 431 metres, with about 1,430 metres still targeted in roughly three more days. No gas result yet; the 8.0 BCF mean prospective figure is unchanged.
HOCH-1 was delayed by severe mud losses at about 100 metres that cement plugs could not cure, so ADX redrilled with a larger hole and set casing to 111 metres. At 398 metres on 27 April; about 7 more days to reach the 1,430 metre target.

Notice of a 23 April 2026 shareholder webinar covering Welchau-1 results, the European gas market and HOCH-1. ADX now describes Welchau-1 as an updip oil discovery with a deeper gas/condensate accumulation yet to be intersected.
ADX spudded HOCH-1 on 16 April 2026, its first shallow gas well in Upper Austria (50% interest, 8.0 BCF mean prospective). It was drilling at 96 metres, aiming for about 1,430 metres in roughly 14 days. This follows the delayed March start.
The rig for HOCH-1, ADX's first shallow gas well (50% economic interest, 8.0 BCF mean prospective), began mobilising 10 April, with spud expected 16 April. The company says success could add up to 1,500 boepd, based on analogue wells.
