Pressure build-up tests at LF-01 and LF-04 show reservoir pressure fell again since November, tracking the simulation toward critical desorption. Modelling of extra nearby wells suggests the pilot could support a 2-5 MW power project this year. Partnering process to start after Chinese New Year.
TMK signed an MoU with Mongolia's Ministry of Energy to study coal seam gas as a fuel for national power, starting with a baseline study on peak-load power. Non-binding study; no funding or offtake is stated. Builds on the gas-to-power work under way.
January gas averaged about 593 m3 a day (18,370 m3), up 13% on December, a sixth monthly record, with a daily peak of ~674 m3 on 21 January. LF-07 became the first well above 10,000 scfd. More pressure tests planned for February.
December quarter: record gas, fifth monthly rise, and over $1m of recurring costs cut since 2024. Formal partnering process expected to start February 2026, with several third-party approaches received. Exploration core results due Q1 2026. Cash figures not visible (text truncated).
December gas averaged about 526 m3 a day (16,306 m3), up 13% on November, with a record ~570 m3 day on 30 December. Water steady near 511 barrels a day. Fifth straight monthly increase; engineering has begun to combine well gas for possible power generation.
TMK plans an opt-out sale of unmarketable parcels (under $500, or 4,761 shares or fewer at $0.105). 2,813 of about 4,140 holders are affected. Holders must opt out by 4 February 2026. Administrative; aims to cut registry costs.
November gas averaged about 466 m3 a day (13,981 m3), up 18% on October, with a 527 m3 daily record on 14 November. The 2025 exploration program is complete: two eastern wells found coal, a third tested gas content in the pilot area. A 2026 drilling program is being planned.
A four-day pressure build-up test at LF-06 showed reservoir pressure still falling toward the estimated critical desorption pressure, matching the updated simulation model. The company says gas rates are not expected to rise materially until that point is reached.
Daily gas passed 500 m3 for the first time, the company's 2025 target, with November averaging about 480 m3 a day. A Beijing workshop with J-Energy reportedly confirmed the project's economic potential, and management expects commercial gas in 2026. Critical desorption has not yet been reached.

The 55-for-1 consolidation approved at the 31 October general meeting is complete, leaving 217,681,762 shares on issue. Normal trading resumes 18 November. Completes the capital reorganisation proposed in September.

October gas production hit a record 12,264 m3, about 395 m3 a day and up about 25% on September, with pump uptime at 97%. November is averaging about 470 m3 a day. Reservoir modelling is feeding a pre-feasibility study, and gas-to-power is being investigated.
September quarter: LF-07 drilled and producing, gas up to 9,804 m3 in September, and the $3.5m placement completed. Exploration drilling began in October. Beijing meetings with J-Energy are planned for mid-November. Text is truncated, so cash figures are not available.
September gas output was about 10,000 m3, up 60% on August, with water steady near 500 barrels a day. Power outages and a LF-02 shut-in held volumes down. The 2025 exploration program starts this week, funded by the September raise.
TMK adds a full-time Mongolia-based Operations Superintendent (Brad Reeve, from November), a consultant CSG reservoir engineer (Garry Ward, advising since August) and a part-time geoscience adviser (Greg Channon). Channon will also help the partnering process expected in coming months.

Board proposes consolidating all securities 55 for 1, citing thin liquidity at $0.002-$0.003, mid-point trading retail cannot access, and weak institutional appetite. Vote at a late-October general meeting, alongside director participation in the September placement.

Appendix 3A.3 for a 55-for-1 share and option consolidation, subject to shareholder approval on 31 October 2025. Shares fall from about 11.9bn to 216m, with option exercise prices scaled up 55 times (e.g. 0.8c to 44c). Post-consolidation trading starts 7 November.
ASX said the suspension of TMK shares would be lifted from the start of trading on 16 September 2025. The lifting followed TMK lodging its half-year report and accounts.
Interim report to 30 June 2025: seven pilot wells producing, J-Energy alliance signed, and Tim Wise retiring. It states a trading halt was entered 11 September to raise additional funds, described as well supported. Financial statements are truncated.
ASX suspended TMK shares from 15 September 2025 for not lodging its periodic report by the due date. Normally reinstated the next trading day if the report is lodged. Coincides with a trading halt for a capital raising.
Binding commitments for a $3.5m oversubscribed placement of 1.75bn shares at $0.002, a 20% discount to the five-day VWAP of $0.0024. Directors take $150,000 (part of $250,000 board and management), subject to shareholder approval. Funds go to operations, partnering and exploration at Gurvantes.
What it means for a shareholder
1.75bn new shares at A$0.002 to raise about A$3.5m. That's 38% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 38% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (500,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.0174% to 0.0108% of the company. To keep it you'd need 303,819 more shares - about A$608 at the issue price.

LF-07 now produces over 100 m3/day of gas, among the best pilot wells, and total pilot output has doubled in two weeks. The company calls this not commercially significant yet, and expects record monthly gas soon. Earlier 5,000 m3/day Jens target remains far off.
LF-07 was put on production 24 August and is already producing low levels of gas, with all seven pilot wells now producing. Pumps are deliberately run slowly to gather data for the reservoir model. Gas rates are expected to rise as pressure falls toward critical desorption.
LF-07 completed for production and LF-06 maintenance finished, so seven wells are due on production by end-August. Drilling ends and the company says no major capital spending is planned short to medium term. Critical desorption not yet reached.
August 2025 investor presentation restating known facts: 1.2 TCF 2C resource, 100% ownership, about US$15m invested and seven pilot wells. No new results are visible in the readable text (truncated).
LF-07 reached 420 m total depth and cased, intersecting about 54 m of net coal, as prognosed and consistent with the other pilot wells. Pump installation and commissioning follow over coming weeks. Fourth pilot well drilled in 12 months, on time and budget.
