May gas averaged 687 m3/day, up 4% on April, with LF-07 now 11,000-12,000 scfd, below March's peak. A drilling tender is out for up to three wells, with drilling and workovers expected from July. Management expects to reach its year-end production target and declare the field commercial.
Danny Chong joins as Production Manager, with over 16 years' experience including Origin and Santos coal seam gas work. Elsa Gallina becomes Joint Company Secretary alongside CEO Dougal Ferguson, and is expected to become sole secretary within 6-12 months.
TMK signed an MoU with Dashvaanjil Group, Mongolia's largest LPG importer, for a first gas-to-power plant of up to 1MW at the Pilot Well Project, fuelled by TMK gas topped up with Dashvaanjil LPG. Dashvaanjil funds the downstream engineering at its own cost, with first power targeted by end Q3 2026.
April gas averaged 663 m3/day, below March's record but 13% above February, as LF-07 rebuilds after curtailment. A third independent review largely backed the reservoir plan. New wells are expected to start drilling in Q3 2026; power outages and an LF-03 pump failure hurt output.
CEO presentation at the SEAPEX farm-out forum in Manila, starting TMK's partnering effort for Gurvantes (100% TMK). It restates existing resources (2C 1.2 TCF, 2U 5.3 TCF). Text is truncated; no new figures visible.
March gas averaged 866 m3/day, up 48% on February, with a record 1,353 m3/day (~47,800 scfd) on 21 March before curtailment for safety changes. Output is back to ~23,000 scfd. Regulator MRPAM signed an MoU on gas-to-power and approved the 2026 budget, including three more wells.
CEO Dougal Ferguson's contract is extended on an ongoing basis from 1 April 2026: $360,000 fixed pay, 3 months' notice. He and key staff get 4.5m performance rights vesting at 20-day VWAP of $0.25, $0.30 and $0.35, about 1.7% of issued capital.

19 Mar 2026capital raising announcement▲ GoodMajor
TMK raised $6.0m via a placement of 50m shares at $0.12, a 17.2% discount to the last close. Funds go to up to three more pilot wells and commercialisation. Directors add $80,000 subject to approval at the May AGM; Bridge Street gets 6m options at $0.275.
What it means for a shareholder
50.0m new shares at A$0.120 to raise about A$6.0m. That's 1.7% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 1.7% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (8,333 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.000289% to 0.000284% of the company. To keep it you'd need 145 more shares - about A$17 at the issue price.
Gas hit a record ~1,000 m3 a day (35,000 scfd), with LF-07 supplying about 70% and producing over 25,000 scfd. The company says LF-07 has reached critical desorption, earlier than expected. Internal 2026 target is 100,000 scfd as a sign of commerciality.
Record gas of over 900 m3 a day (31,800 scfd) on 6-7 March, with LF-07 now confirmed desorbing and up about 500% in a few months. February averaged ~583 m3 a day, slightly below January because of pressure tests. Aims to deliver first power to the grid in the second half of 2026.
Daily gas passed 720 m3 (25,000 scfd), a new record, as LF-07 rose above 13,000 scfd. The company sees signs gas is starting to desorb at LF-07, an early positive for the long-awaited desorption point, though described as cautious optimism.
Presentation of a conceptual phased development plan, stating that modelling shows a pathway to commercial gas and that economics are robust on existing 2C resources. Restates the Ministry MoU and a formal partner process. Text truncated, so no detailed figures are visible.
