Gravity and magnetic study across Eyre and Northern Hinge is complete, confirming much of the existing geological model, strengthening several leads and finding new ones. RISC Advisory's independent Eyre resource review is underway for end-August. Mid-2027 drilling (~$5m for three wells) remains the plan.
PRM's subsidiaries finalised negotiations and are ready to sign a Native Title agreement (ILUA) with the Arabana Aboriginal Corporation. It is a key step toward awarding four Northern Hinge applications covering 19,888.84km². Licence grant still needs signing and government approval.
Darren Olsen is appointed part-time CFO from 30 July 2026 on a two-year term at $96,000 a year (two days a week). He is to receive 20m options at $0.004, expiring 24 June 2029, after probation.
PRM sets a pathway to drill helium and hydrogen targets in June/July 2027: Eyre resource review by end August, Northern Hinge by end September, drilling costs in October. Initial costing is about $5m for three wells; farm-out is being considered. 2026 work is covered by existing cash.
An independent satellite study found helium, hydrogen and methane anomalies across the Eyre Project, including granted and pending licence areas, some near the soil gas survey hits. It is a low-cost remote sensing dataset, not drilling evidence.
Independent lab analysis of 63 soil gas samples confirms helium up to 63ppm and hydrogen up to 3,427ppm (air corrected); 64% of samples showed elevated hydrogen. Backs up the May field results; next step is integrating with geophysics toward seismic and drill targets.
Initial PEL 803 soil gas results confirm helium (up to 36ppm), hydrogen (up to 1,105ppm instantaneous, a figure the company says may be a sampling artifact) and methane (up to 5,000ppm). Early-stage; lab results on 63 samples still pending. Resolves the pending survey thread.

PRM raises $1.56m via placement of 709.1m shares at $0.0022, a 26.67% discount to last price, with 1 free option per 3 shares (exercisable at $0.004, 3 years). Tranche 2 (284.9m shares, incl. $60k from directors) needs shareholder approval. Funds go to Gawler licences and geophysics.
What it means for a shareholder
709m new shares at A$0.0022 to raise about A$1.6m. That's 29% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 29% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (454,545 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.0268% to 0.0189% of the company. To keep it you'd need 189,970 more shares - about A$418 at the issue price.

PRM won CSIRO Kick-Start matched funding for an eight-month study of hydrogen and helium in PEL 803 wells. Total cost is A$116,252, with PRM paying A$66,252 and CSIRO A$50,000.
PRM has started its first field program at Gawler, a soil gas survey across PEL 803 measuring helium, hydrogen and methane, running over the coming weeks. No results yet; this follows the planned April start.
Half-year to 31 December 2025 loss was A$570,891, versus A$744,481 a year earlier. Gawler acquisition completed; Meyers resigned 31 December and Fischer joined 1 January 2026. Soil-gas survey targeted for April 2026.
Preparation has started for PRM's first geochemical survey in PEL 803, combining soil gas and water bore sampling over about two weeks from April 2026. Seismic is anticipated in the second half of 2026. Schedule is slightly later than the 'early 2026' target.
