An 11-years-late catch-up filing (part of the 2019 push to become compliant again): retroactively discloses that by June 30, 2008 the company had zero total assets and a net loss of $208,523 for the six months, with a $172,255 working capital deficit -- the last piece of the financial picture before Mistral deregistered that August.
Mistral removed James Stafford, Chartered Accountants, as its auditor on October 15, 2019 because the firm was not PCAOB-registered, and appointed Boyle CPA for fiscal 2008 to date. The filing gave a Liverpool, New York address.

John Xinos resigned as chief executive officer and a director, and CFO Kent Carasquero, who had held that role since March 2007, was appointed CEO. The filing body mistakenly names Trustcash Holdings rather than Mistral as the company.
First-quarter 2008 results confirm the damage from the collapsed CypherEdge deal already disclosed in April's 10-K: a $24,308 loan writedown pushed the cumulative net loss since inception to $1,115,057, though working capital turned slightly positive ($15,443, from a $15,732 deficit at year-end) as the Trustcash/Paivis financing arrangement began advancing funds.
The delayed FY2007 10-K disclosed that the CypherEdge acquisition had collapsed and the $975,000 loan was in default (with lawyers pursuing collection), that Mistral had given up its Gold Bug mineral claim back in January 2007 in exchange for debt forgiveness, and that the company had instead committed up to $2-7 million to help finance a merger between Trustcash Holdings and Paivis Corp.; working capital swung from a $68,466 surplus to a $15,732 deficit over the year.

Cash rose to $499,530 and a new $502,171 loan receivable (the CypherEdge bridge loan plus interest) appeared, lifting working capital to $981,043. The nine-month 2007 net loss was $37,923, up from $31,715 a year earlier.
Mistral agreed to acquire all of CypherEdge Technologies for 83,000,000 new shares, with closing due by December 31, 2007. It also agreed a $1,000,000 secured bridge loan at 10% interest and had advanced $975,000.
Mistral's board authorized a further 2.5-for-1 forward stock split, effective September 11, 2007 - combined with the June split, roughly a 15-fold increase in share count within about three months.
Working capital swung to a $4,986 deficit (from $68,466 positive at year-end 2006) as cash fell to $4,396, even though the quarterly net loss ($21,952) was about flat with a year earlier -- filed alongside the second of two forward stock splits that together multiplied the share count roughly 15-fold.
Net loss narrowed to $10,152 for the quarter (from $20,236 a year earlier), though working capital fell to $4,814 (from $68,466 at year-end 2006) as cash was spent down.
Mistral appointed Kent Carasquero, president of stock-promotion consultancy Tyee Capital Consultants since 2002, as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.
Mistral's FY2006 annual report showed a $51,761 net loss, working capital of $68,466, and confirmed all 2 million IPO units had been sold; the company's only asset remained its Gold Bug mineral claim.
Cash jumped to $97,751 and working capital swung to an $86,512 surplus (from a deficit the prior quarter) as the company's $100,000 IPO closed, funding operations even as the nine-month 2006 net loss reached $31,715.
Six-month 2006 net loss reached $23,997 (versus just $18 in the same period a year earlier, before real operations began), working capital deficit widening to $7,770 as cash fell to $2,370.
First quarterly report as a public company: net loss of $20,236 for the quarter, swinging working capital from a $3,227 surplus at year-end 2005 to a $6,009 deficit, cash down to $5,769.
Newly incorporated Mistral Ventures, an exploration-stage mineral company controlled by sole officer/director John Xinos, registered a $100,000 self-underwritten IPO (2 million units at $0.05, each with two warrants exercisable at $0.10) to fund exploration of its Gold Bug Project, a claim in a historic silver-mining area near Beaverdell, British Columbia.
