Elixir signed a debt facility of up to $10M with Endpoints Capital, secured against the Lorelle-3 FY26 R&D refund. Interest is 15.75% capitalised, with a 1% drawdown fee, repayable by 28 February 2027. This delivers the planned lending facility, ending Elixir's no-debt position.
Wireline logs confirm 148 m of net gas and condensate pay at Lorelle-3, including 28 m in the Dunk and 60 m of dry gas in the Lorelle sandstone, which management says beat expectations. The Dunk horizontal sidetrack starts next, aimed at a first reserve.
Lorelle-3 pilot reached 3,580 m. Gas shows were seen in all three target groups, and the Dunk sandstone is interpreted at about 60 m thick, with 18 m of core cut. These are preliminary readings, pending wireline logs.
Partner Xstate reports Diona-1 cuttings show good porosity and a good cement bond, so all planned zones can be tested. Perforation begins this week, and stimulation is expected late March or early April 2026. Consistent with the March 2026 timing already flagged.
Lorelle-3 has drilled to 2,320 m, with the 13-3/8-inch casing set at 682 m and 9-5/8-inch casing now being run. Reservoir drilling and coring come next. A routine progress update with no new result.
December quarter: Omega's 19.43% stake and $16.6M raising closed, ATP2044 retention was granted, and Lorelle-3 spud. Cash was about $21M, with $2.68M more due from tranche 2. The FY26 R&D refund is estimated at about $9.7M. Mostly restates known events.
Drilling has started at Lorelle-3 after the rig was accepted on contract. The pilot hole targets 3,600 m, followed by a horizontal sidetrack of at least 1,000 m, together expected to take about 45 days. This is the well flagged as a key near-term catalyst.
Results of the 16 January 2026 General Meeting are given in an appendix not shown in the text. The meeting was expected to vote on tranche 2 of the Omega placement. The vote outcomes are not readable here, though the later quarterly report says approval was achieved.
Rig mobilisation to Lorelle-3 has begun, with spud expected within about two weeks. Drilling and the horizontal sidetrack are expected to take 55 days, with fracture stimulation and a flow test planned before June 2026. This confirms the January start.
Omega's own announcement of its two Elixir board nominees, Stickland and Tarr, effective 1 January 2026. Notes tranche 1 ($13.9M) settled 2 December 2025 and tranche 2 ($2.68M) awaits a January shareholder meeting. Largely duplicates Elixir's announcement.
Omega's two nominee directors, Peter Stickland and Anthony Tarr, joined Elixir's board from 1 January 2026, as the placement terms allowed. A conflict and confidentiality protocol covers the joint venture. This resolves the open thread on Omega nominees.
ATP2044 was renewed and a Potential Commercial Area (PCA356) granted over 100% of the permit, securing retention for 15 years. PCA356 covers 1,058 km² and holds the 1,362 BCFe 2C resource from Daydream-2. This resolves the pending PCA thread and delivers Phase 1 of the plan.
Elixir signed a data-sharing agreement with QGC under which QGC acquires 3D seismic in 2026 over the north and west of ATP 2077 Block-A. In exchange Elixir will share future Daydream-3 well data. It helps de-risk that well site (184 BCFe 2C in Block-A).
Company update on the Omega placement: 339.9M tranche 1 shares and 65.4M tranche 2 shares at 4.1c, giving about 1,825M shares. Omega gives a 12-month standstill. Lays out Phase 1 and 2 funding. Largely repeats the raising announcement.

Omega Oil and Gas will take 19.43% of Elixir at 4.1c per share, investing up to $14.6M. Nero adds $2M, for about $16.6M total. Funds a Lorelle-3 horizontal sidetrack and Diona-1 testing; pro-forma cash is about $25M. Tranche 2 needs shareholder approval.
Omega's side of the deal: it buys 19.43% of Elixir at 4.1c per share, $13.9M in an unconditional first tranche. It gains up to two board seats, participation rights and a technical committee. Duplicates Elixir's own announcement from the investor's perspective.
Elixir signed the rig contract with Helmerich & Payne for the Shell-imported FlexRig 648 for Lorelle-3. Mobilisation starts 12 January 2026, with spud shortly after. Well pad construction is 30% complete. This firms up the previously planned January timing.
Noosa Mining Conference presentation (Nov 2025) pitching the Taroom Trough and Elixir's ~2.8 TCF 2C position. Cites $9.2M cash at September, about $60M market cap and 1,409.6M shares in issue. Repeats known facts.

Sproule ERCE certified 189 BCFe of new 2C contingent gas resource (100% Elixir) in ATP 2077 Block-B. Elixir's Taroom Trough 2C total rises 8% to about 2.8 TCFe, excluding ATP 2057. Next steps are a retention application and an Inglestone-2 well.
Elixir received its FY25 R&D tax refund of $3.861M, the refund the quarterly report expected. The company says it helps fund Lorelle-3 drilling and Diona-1 production testing.

AGM presentation recaps the year: new Taroom acreage and resources, the Santos and Xstate deals, $7.1M raised, Diona-1's 23 m of pay, and Lorelle-3 preparations. It also cites about 8 TCF for the broader play. Largely repeats known facts.
Chairman's AGM address backs the pivot from Mongolia to Eastern Australian gas, citing Daydream-2 and Diona-1 as validation. It says Elixir will resume Diona operatorship once Xstate completes its farm-in, and Lorelle-3 will be drilled this summer. No new facts.

Diona-1 logged 23 m of net gas pay (average porosity 10%) across the Permian formations, and will be completed for flow testing. Elixir's CEO calls it an indicated discovery, still to be confirmed by production testing. Lower Wallabella upside is unconfirmed.
