APA finished pipeline feasibility for the 'Warkon Pilot' to Wallumbilla (52-53 km routes; preliminary tariff $0.35-$1.32/GJ at 150-40 TJ/d). Simpliphi was appointed for upstream plant concept work, due this quarter. Completes the April APA early works; second Lorelle-3H test starts 1 October.
FY2026 annual report lodged; the chair says the market's initial negative reaction to the first Lorelle-3H flows was unjustified. Board lists six directors including Ayten Saridas. Text is truncated, so financials are not available here.
Corporate governance statement for FY2026, approved 28 August 2026, accompanying the annual report. Administrative, with no new operational or financial information.
Elixir signed a second data-sharing deal with QGC (Shell) for 54 km² of 3D seismic around Lorelle-3H plus exchange of well data. QGC also finished seismic over ATP2077-A under the earlier deal. Second-phase Lorelle-3H testing follows a soak starting in October.
Omega Oil and Gas nominee director Peter Stickland resigned, and Omega renominated Ayten Saridas, a former Santos and AWE executive, effective 20 August 2026. This is a swap of Omega's board nominee under its Share Acquisition Agreement rights.

Elixir raised $5M via a placement of 125M shares at $0.04, a 20% discount to the $0.05 close. Funds go to the Lorelle-3H soak and retest, Diona-1 artificial lift (subject to JV approval) and a newly launched strategic review of options including farm-outs.
What it means for a shareholder
125m new shares at A$0.040 to raise about A$5.0m. That's 6.3% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 6.3% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (25,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00134% to 0.00125% of the company. To keep it you'd need 1,672 more shares - about A$67 at the issue price.
Lorelle-3H's first test phase hit a peak 10.4 mmscfd gas plus 10 bbl/d condensate from ~1,000 m of reservoir, while still producing 800 bbl/d of fluid. Gas needs no processing; the most stable 12-hour period averaged 2.35 mmscfd. A 60-day soak precedes a second test phase. Resolves the earlier 'no gas rate' question.
Lorelle-3H finished its initial clean-up, recovering ~32% of stimulation fluid, with gas up to ~3 mmscfd and fluid up to 1,700 bbl/d. Surging means the well is shut in to run tubing (up to 7 days); gas has under 1% CO2 and no H2S.
Lorelle-3H reached sustained gas breakthrough on 4 July at 6,300 psi bottom hole pressure, after 5 days of cleanup, with gas rates and wellhead pressure rising as fluid declines. The 30-day production test runs through July; no gas rate has been stated yet.
The 12-stage frac of Lorelle-3H was completed as designed, with 100% of proppant placed in the target Dunk Sandstone. Stage plugs are being milled out, then flowback and the 30-day production test follow. Flow rates are not yet known.
The Lorelle-3H diagnostic test measured reservoir pressure of about 6,350 psi and a closure pressure of 8,759 psi, which management says is better than expected for keeping fractures in the Dunk Sandstone. Stimulation stages rise to 12, with frac starting around the end of the week.
Lorelle-3H testing starts with a diagnostic injection test on 4 June. Elixir has designed a 6 million pound, 11-stage frac for mid-June, then a 30-day production test from late June, with an IP30 curve due end July 2026. This slightly delays the earlier 'early June' stimulation timing.
Diona-1 testing is paused so artificial lift can be installed. About 46% of injected fluid has been recovered, short of the 50-60% target, though gas continues at near-zero impurities. Sproule ERCE has been briefed to book a Contingent Resource for the 375 km² sub-block, so flow rates remain unproven.
Conference presentation comparing the Taroom Trough to Canada's Montney play, noting about 10 wells planned in the Taroom in 2026 and that Lorelle-3H flow test is key. Repeats known facts; no new announcement of substance.
Elixir declares Diona-1 a discovery, saying it proved recoverable, overpressured, low-impurity gas and condensate. This adds a net 184 km² (45k acres), taking Taroom Trough acreage to 548k net acres. The well has recovered only 45% of injected fluid and may need artificial lift; a Contingent Resource booking will be pursued.
Diona-1 was opened on 10 May and is flowing gas, condensate and stimulation fluids at a flowing tubing head pressure of 735 psig on a 20/64th choke. It is still in clean-up, so no measured flow rates are available yet.
All target zones at Diona-1 have been stimulated, and gas was seen in the returning fluids during flowback, which management calls a good sign. Milling and completion work is under way, with flow testing to follow.
Stimulation equipment has arrived at Diona-1 and rigging up has begun for the three-zone fracture stimulation, then completion and flow testing, expected to start in about a week. This continues the earlier March plan; Elixir holds 49% and operates.
Sproule ERCE certified 662 BCFe of new net 2C contingent resource in ATP 2057 (50% Elixir), lifting total 2C resources 24% to 3,455 BCFe (~3.5 TCFe). This follows the Teelba seismic. Santos, as operator, is to lodge a retention (PCA) application next.
Elixir signed an Early Works Agreement with APA Group to study a pipeline route from a notional 40 TJ/d Lorelle pilot project to the Wallumbilla Gas Hub, with results in about 12 weeks. It feeds a possible reserves booking after the June flow test. Adoption needs Santos JV agreement.
The Teelba 2D seismic survey finished on time and on budget, acquiring 225 km in ATP 2057. Data is being used with Sproule ERCE to define a possible first 2C resource there. Processing takes about 6 weeks, after which Santos farm-in commitments will be met.
Conference presentation repeating known facts: Lorelle-3H results, roughly 2.8 TCFe of 2C resources, and planned Lorelle-3H (~11-stage frac, 30-day test in Q2) and Diona-1 (14-day test in April) operations. It states the Lorelle-3/3H drilling cost was $15.7M. No new announcement of substance.
Lorelle-3H reached 4,477 m with a 1,157 m lateral, the longest in the Taroom Trough, and measured 1,033 m of net gas-condensate pay at 11.2% average porosity. Management says this far exceeds the pilot hole. The well is suspended for a 30-day production test in Q2 2026.
Mobilisation has begun for the 200 km Teelba 2D seismic survey in ATP 2057, expected to take about 3 weeks. After processing, Elixir will have met its work commitments under the February 2025 Santos farm-in. ATP 2057 has no booked resource yet.
Contracting for Diona-1 stimulation, completion and testing is finalised. Operations start in March, with a 14-day flow test in April 2026. The 3-stage stimulation targets the 23 m of net gas pay. This confirms the timing flagged earlier; the pipeline is under 100 m from the pad.
Lorelle-3H has been drilled and cased at the heel in the Dunk Sandstone at 3,319 m, after passing through the overlying coal. The horizontal section, planned at 1,000 m or more, is about to start. Fracture stimulation and flow test remain planned before end-June 2026.
Half-year report to 31 December 2025 covers the period of the Taroom Trough strategic plan rollout, including the COO and CFO appointments and the two Omega nominee directors joining on 1 January 2026. Financial figures are not visible in the text provided.
Elixir signed a debt facility of up to $10M with Endpoints Capital, secured against the Lorelle-3 FY26 R&D refund. Interest is 15.75% capitalised, with a 1% drawdown fee, repayable by 28 February 2027. This delivers the planned lending facility, ending Elixir's no-debt position.
