Del Toro Silver extended the closing date on its Bowerman Holdings California claims to May 31, 2013, after three earlier 90-day extensions. It also extended its contractor's due-diligence work on the Natchez Pass Nevada option to May 31, 2013 because weather and road conditions had delayed it.
