Half-year to 31 December 2013: net loss $2,465,231, against $1,432,571 a year earlier. Confirms the Cooper farm-ins were not approved, mainly because one former shareholder opposed them, and BAS funds its Vic/P41 share.

FY2013 annual report. Chairman says an independent expert found the Cooper farm-ins fair and reasonable, with shareholder approval sought at the AGM. Legal costs of $623,578, mostly from a shareholder's Federal Court action over the capital raising, hurt the result. Onshore focus continues.
