What it means for a shareholder
53.9m new shares at about A$0.0899 to raise about A$4.8m. That's 20% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 20% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (11,121 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00516% to 0.00413% of the company. To keep it you'd need 2,783 more shares - about A$250 at the issue price.

Gross oil output across the eight CEGX-operated White Hat wells rose to 507 bopd (554 boepd with gas) from 393 bopd in the March quarter, up over 29%. Gains came from the 20#2 Strawn completion and chemical treatments clearing scaling in four wells.
White Hat 20#2, a poor Ellenburger well in 2016, is pumping 200 bopd from a Strawn Formation sand after a US$110,000 completion shared 50:50 with CEGX. Rate is unstable, but if sustained it is a new shallower oil play across the 19,110 net acres.

Presentation for shareholder meetings in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, mostly repeating known facts. Cash is A$3.1m, gross output 410 barrels a day, with no debt. It aims for a well every three months funded from cash flow once Winchester operates, possibly using short multi-lateral wells.
Setback: the fracture stimulation on 38#1 broke into a deeper water zone, and it pumps only water at 300-400 barrels a day with no oil. 38#2 settled at 30-40 barrels a day. Winchester plans changed drilling and completion designs when it takes over as operator on 1 March.
White Hat 21#5 spudded on 27 December, the eighth vertical well on the lease. Winchester holds 50% of the US$893,000 budget. It is 1,669 feet east of 21#4, now making 230 barrels a day, with depth of about 7,100 feet expected within 14 days.
