Orca Energy (the PEL 115 partner) will farm out 22% of PEL 115 to Senex, and Senex will subscribe $4m for 115 million Orca shares at 3.5c (19.99%). Orca is free-carried on its remaining 20% for an unconventional gas well later in 2012.
