Otto issued 30 million unquoted advisory options to Foster Stockbroking under a capital markets advisory agreement: 20m at A$0.02 and 10m at A$0.025, expiring 27 August 2024. Mainly a share-structure notice; the text does not say why advice was sought.
Macquarie and Otto amend the facility: all GC21 timing and production requirements are removed. The 1,900 boepd minimum quarterly average now runs to 31 December 2021, then falls to 1,400 boepd until maturity on 4 November 2022. No fees. This resolves the 31 July GC21 deadline.
June quarter production was 2,894 boe/d (-7%) and revenue US$10.8m (-26%) as the February gas spike faded. Cash rose to US$11.1m and debt fell to US$11.5m. Pantheon shares were freed from lock-up on 30 June, worth about US$8.2m.
March quarter production was 3,098 boe/d (-4%), but revenue rose 85% to US$14.5m on higher prices, including a February gas price spike. Cash was US$7.8m and debt US$13.8m. GC21 costs are paid in full (about US$39.2m). Pantheon shares were received.
Otto released an updated corporate presentation restating its strategy, assets and finances (cash US$7.8m, debt US$13.8m, market cap about A$53m). It repeats known facts and carries no new announcement.
Technical work shows GC21's MP sand reservoir is smaller than expected. Otto now favours recompleting in the shallower DTR-10 sand in mid-2022, with production mid to late 2022. Long-lead items cost US$0.6m net to Otto, due mid-2021. This confirms the earlier underperformance.
Otto tells ASX it knows of no undisclosed information behind its share price rise from A$0.011 to A$0.018. It points to the Pantheon share holding, Talitha #A flow testing on the Kuparuk, and social media chatter about undervaluation.
ASX temporarily paused trading in Otto's shares pending a further announcement. No reason is given in the notice; it follows an ASX price query the same day (see next item).
Otto's Alaska subsidiary has been issued the 14,272,592 Pantheon shares, now quoted in London and escrowed to 30 June 2021, worth about US$8m. Talitha #A well testing is under way. This follows the January sale and approval.

Alaska regulators formally approve the sale of Otto's Alaska subsidiary to Pantheon, and Otto will receive 14,272,592 Pantheon shares, locked up to 30 June 2021, worth about US$7.4m. This completes the January deal. Pantheon is about to test Talitha #A's Kuparuk zone.
Half-year to December: production up 35% to 3,068 boe/d but revenue down 17% to US$14.4m on lower oil prices. Net loss was US$14.3m including a US$12.9m GC21 impairment. GC21 cost about US$39.2m versus US$23.5m estimated. Cash US$9.7m, debt US$16.1m.
Unlisted performance rights lapsed unexercised: 2,618,000 and 3,990,000. Shares stay at 4,795,009,773, and 42.5m options at A$0.08 remain. Administrative capital-structure update.
Pantheon reports Talitha #A reached 10,452 ft and found oil in four zones, with testing next. Otto, whose Alaska sale to Pantheon awaits approval, calls it encouraging. Its 14.27m Pantheon shares were valued at about US$8.5m. Preliminary only; testing is needed to confirm commerciality.
December quarter production rose 11% to 3,229 boe/d and revenue 19% to US$7.8m. Cash was US$9.7m and debt US$16.1m. Beluga cost Otto US$1.8m. GC21 costs are estimated at US$39.2m, and the Alaska sale and Macquarie amendment came after quarter-end.

Otto agrees to sell its Alaska subsidiary (10.8% of Talitha) to Pantheon for 14,272,592 Pantheon shares, about US$8.02m, locked up to 30 June 2021. Otto keeps a 0.5% overriding royalty. It needs no further Alaska spend, subject to Alaska DNR approval.
Otto holds 10.8% of the Talitha Unit in Alaska. Operator Pantheon has started building the ice road, and the Talitha #A well is expected to spud in January 2021. Otto says it is fully funded to participate. Pantheon estimates potential for a gross billion barrels.
Year-end update: SM71 gross 2,651 bbl/d oil, Lightning 21.4 MMscf/d gas, and GC21 about 1,100 boe/d. Otto's share is 3,282 boe/d on a working-interest basis and 2,569 boe/d net revenue. GC21 remains under review for intervention or recompletion.
GC21 'Bulleit' is producing 500 bopd and 3.5 MMscfd, down from 1,000 bopd and 6 MMscfd at first flowback, and below what analogues suggest. Partners are considering stimulation or recompletion. This contradicts the earlier hopeful ramp-up; 70% of its proven reserves sit in the DTR-10 sand.
Otto says a technical fault hid some shareholder questions during the 19 November virtual AGM. Responses have been posted on its website. Administrative notice with no business information.
Confirms Mike Utsler became Executive Chairman at the 19 November AGM as John Jetter retired from the chair; Jetter stays as a non-executive director. Jetter had been on the board since 2007 and led the Galoc investment and sale and the move into North America.
ASX notice cancelling the 16 October 1-for-50 consolidation notice, because the resolution was withdrawn before the AGM. Shares stay at 4,795,009,773 and the A$0.08 options are unchanged. Administrative follow-up to the 18 November withdrawal.
Beluga Unit #1 in Texas reached 13,800 ft MD but found only sub-commercial hydrocarbons and will be plugged and abandoned. Otto held 18.75%, with cost expected near US$2.25m; the well came in below budget. It ends the Hilcorp exploration program.

At the AGM, chairman John Jetter hands the chair to Michael Utsler, who becomes Executive Chairman from 19 November; Jetter stays as a non-executive director, subject to shareholder approval. Utsler has completed his strategic review and will now execute a strategy. Geoff Page's board appointment is put to the meeting.
AGM presentation sets Otto's strategy: run SM71, Lightning and GC21 well, cut costs (FY21 office costs down about 40%), then pursue growth and returns, including possible acquisitions, a sale or merger of Otto, and dividends or buybacks. Mostly restates the strategy outlined at the AGM.
Otto withdrew the 1-for-50 share consolidation resolution from the 19 November AGM, citing COVID-19 and subdued energy prices. The board says it will be considered later. This reverses the plan announced on 16 October; the minimum-holding buyback was to follow it.
Unlisted performance rights lapsed unexercised: 1,929,333 and 4,135,000. Shares on issue stay at 4,795,009,773, with 42.5m options at A$0.08 still outstanding. Administrative capital-structure update.
Byron reports no damage at SM71 after Hurricane Zeta, with the F1, F2 and F3 wells back on production by 1500 hours on 29 October. This resolves the Zeta shut-in of Otto's 50% field.
Otto says SM71 (50%) and GC21 (16.67%) were shut in as a precaution ahead of Hurricane Zeta, while Lightning kept producing and Beluga drilling continued. GC21 had only just started up on 15 October, so its ramp-up is interrupted. No damage reported.
September quarter revenue rose 50% to US$6.6m and production was about 2,907 boe/d. Cash was US$14.3m and debt fell US$2.3m to US$18.4m. GC21 began producing on 15 October, and a strategy roadmap is promised in coming months.
