Norwest has commitments for a placement of up to about 250 million shares at 0.4c to raise up to $1 million. It funds Xanadu appraisal and the Lockyer Deep-1 well, but needs shareholder approval at the late-November AGM, with shares issued around 6 December.
What it means for a shareholder
250m new shares at A$0.004 to raise about A$1.0m. That's 7.7% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 7.7% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (250,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.00832% to 0.00768% of the company. To keep it you'd need 20,795 more shares - about A$83 at the issue price.
