Proceeds are meant for drilling in Southeast Texas and repaying any 2010 notes still outstanding at October 31, 2012. It also reports seven producing wells in Batson Dome, about 200 barrels a day net, and a new lease in Hull-Daisetta. This continues the July 6 note sale already summarised, and the secured debt is the kind later tied to the 2014 asset sale (inference from the existing context).
