On February 28, 2018 Goodrich sold working interests and some undeveloped acreage in the Angelina River Trend in Texas to BP America Production for about $23 million. The company says it will use part of the proceeds to pay off its revolver (the one signed in October 2017) and plans to speed up Haynesville development in the second half of 2018.
