On October 18, 2006 FieldPoint signed a Loan and Security Agreement with Citibank, N.A. for a revolving line of credit of up to the lesser of $50,000,000 or the borrowing base, which starts at $5,000,000 and is adjusted semiannually. It is secured by a first lien on substantially all of the company's oil and gas interests in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, and advances are due in 2010.
This amendment supplies the financial statements deferred in the March 2004 Lusk Field purchase filing. The acquired properties had oil and gas sales of $186,823 and direct operating expenses of $43,812 in 2003. Note the pro forma section says the $850,000 was paid from existing available cash, while the main text of the same filing says it came from the revolving credit facility.

FieldPoint sold its full 89.96% working interest in the Ona NW Unit to Arena Resources, Inc. for $710,000 cash, closing June 26, 2002. This reverses the October 2001 purchase of the same interest, which cost $733,463.75, so the sale price was slightly below the purchase price. The filing's pro forma figures show cash rising by $710,000 with no change to debt.
This amendment adds the financial statements promised in the October 2001 Ona NW Unit purchase filing. The audited summaries show the acquired properties had oil and gas sales of $779,594 and direct operating expenses of $506,417 for the nine months to September 30, 2001. The pro forma balance sheet shows the $733,464 price funded by added long-term debt under the existing bank facility.
