The Share Purchase Plan closed 19 October raising $315,000 from 32 shareholders through 39,375,000 shares at 0.8 cents, allotted 26 October. This is well short of the $516,000 maximum.
What it means for a shareholder
39.4m new shares at A$0.008 to raise about A$315,000. That's 15% dilution: every existing holder's slice gets 15% smaller. If you held A$1,000 of shares (125,000 at the issue price), your slice goes from 0.058% to 0.0491% of the company. To keep it you'd need 22,851 more shares - about A$183 at the issue price.
