The strategic investor holding participation rights exercised them alongside the bought deal, subscribing at C$5.00 for enough shares to hold 9.99% of the company. The release names neither the investor nor its size; the October 2025 filings describe Agnico Eagle in identical terms as the holder of those rights.
A hole aimed near a conceptual underground access tunnel found a new high-grade zone at about 1,000 metres depth, named the Ramp Zone: 57.65 metres at 8.18 g/t gold-equivalent including 18.85 metres at 20.21 g/t. It becomes the most important target on the property over the following two years.
Four reconnaissance holes at Plutus outlined a porphyry system from surface - 328.05 metres at 0.31 g/t gold-equivalent - grade an order of magnitude below what Apollo returns, with the company suggesting a better core may lie north and deeper.
Cyanide leach tests on seven new samples from shallow and deep parts of Apollo dissolved 94.3% of the gold on average, backing up earlier recovery work from October 2023, and flotation optimisation improved gold and silver recoveries over the April 2024 numbers. The company plans a split circuit, flotation for material above 0.15% copper and leaching for the rest.
Four directional holes pushed Apollo southwest and carried the high-grade vein zones past 1,000 metres depth, on 39.95 metres at 4.42 g/t gold-equivalent. Apollo is an outcropping breccia body overprinted by later high-grade veins, and it stays mineralised all the way down.
Four more holes stretched Trap 350 metres along strike and found a new near-surface zone named Blackjack, on 30 metres at 4.96 g/t gold-equivalent from 11.85 metres downhole.
Started a first drill program at Plutus, a copper-gold porphyry target one kilometre east of Apollo, alongside assay results from the finished reconnaissance drilling at Box. Sussman was explicit that greenfield porphyry discoveries are rare and this is a long shot taken from a position of strength.
Eight holes showed that the Olympus and Apollo zones are connected, so the two are now treated as one Apollo system about 1,000 by 800 metres, including 256.35 metres at 1.23 g/t gold-equivalent in hole APC98-D2. The company plans to expand it northwards.
Collective published its 2023 Sustainability Report. It reports over $280,000 of its own social spending in 2023 (US$822,944 cumulative with partners), zero recordable injuries, and carbon neutrality via 700 offset credits. No financial or drilling news.
Four holes at Trap, 3.5km northeast of the flagship Apollo system at Guayabales in Caldas, Colombia, returned 40.85 metres at 3.76 g/t gold-equivalent inside 174.45 metres at 1.19 g/t. Executive chairman Ari Sussman called Trap a future multi-million-ounce system; five rigs were turning on a 40,000-metre program.
